Week 24 +5lb
Iv been fighting with my self about this all day and I wasn’t going to post it!
But I have to face my demons and move on from it.
It’s been a strange week I had my girls night out Saturday and had so much food and alcohol , I worked out Monday Tuesday Wednesday then I just felt absolutely shocking it was like my body has gone in to shut down & shock mode, I feel like poop 💩 Iv been so hungry I was binging on bananas like a bloody monkey in between meals . Then I got to the point where I was binging on chocolate 🍫☹️😕 my P is messed up I feel like I’m going to come on but it’s taking forever! PCOS hormones !!!!! I don’t know what’s wrong with me I feel like such a failure literally in tears 😭
At least I tried I managed 10 days of a working out twice a day doing high intensity workouts and I have to keep going I have such a long way to go. I’m only human, I didn’t eat today I had a smoothie for breakfast with spinach apple kale. I just felt awful. But then went for my hair washed and cut blow dry and felt a bit better so made a lovely Nando’s.

  1. Oi you, don’t be so hard on yourself! You are not a failure at all! Just look at how amazing you looked on your night out! You’ve come so far and you need to be proud of yourself 💗 this is just a little blip in your journey and I know you will be back on form next week. You are amazing, don’t you ever forget that 💗💗

  2. Remember, this is not all fat, a lot will be water/bloat so next week it will come off! Stick with it and in a couple of days you will feel better. Drink plenty of water to flush it out 😘😘 xx

  3. Aww hun, i know you will be gutted by this but your honestly doing so well, your an inspiration to me and so many others ❤️ you will get this weight off. Dont be so hard on yourself. Think about how far you have came and not how far you have to go. Your killing it girl 💪🏻

Aw bless you hunni I hope that you’re feeling a bit better now 😘 We all have them crappy times I get like this around my P and it’s literally all out of sync now so never know all I do know is it leaves me with little to no energy at all and I could literally eat everything in sight even though I try my hardest sometimes you just can’t always win! So don’t be to hard on yourself you’ve done amazing and we’re only human at the end of the day!! xxxx 💕💕💕
