5 months ago I couldn’t even look in the mirror at my self over 18st & unhappy ☹️
I Still have 5 stone to go but I’ll get there slowly but surely.
I have gone from a dress size 20-22 to a 16-18 Iv gone down a shoes size from 6-5 and I feel so much better 💗
