Week 23 -3lb
I know I should be over the moon with this but I expected more, I’m not saying it’s a bad loss it’s a fantastic loss but I did workout out twice a day and was hoping for more.

But on the good side I’m in the next stone bracket and I’m 3lb lighter I feel slimmer I look leaner and I have loads of energy I feel positive & in w good place I feel really motivated & I’m ready for another week πŸ’—

πŸ˜• If you follow my story you will know Iv been doing 2, 30min workouts a day back to back with the Courtney Black challenge, plus the squat challenge. Iv stayed under my calories and not gone over my syns.
Iv lost 3-4 lb just dieting alone before so with all the hard work I just was expecting a bit more.
I don’t know maybe it’s my PCOS.πŸ’—

  1. – 3Ibs is absolutely amazingπŸ™Œ I struggle to lose 1 even if 100% on plan!! I Defo notice when I exercise more my body composition looks more toned too!!! and feel great with more energy! Xx

  2. Dont be too hard on yourself! When you add exercise in it doesnt always show straight away. I bet you have lost inches and it will change your body shape. You are amazing 😘 well done lovely πŸ’ž
